FILM AND PHOTO RECORDINGS
Note on the use of film and photo recordings during the conference
Dear participants of the European Cuttings Tools Conference (ECTC), we would like to draw your attention to the fact that film and photo recordings will be made during the ECTC.
With your participation, the conference organizer/VDMA obtains the right, without any special compensation, to produce images on this event and to use or have used these recordings in audiovisual media (e.g. VDMA internet, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube) and in print media. The images will be used during the event on social media, exclusively for the purposes of reporting and documenting the event and will not be subject to further processing. We will retain the data for as long as necessary for the purposes of our processing.
You may object to the processing of your personal data (including photo and video recordings), in that case please contact the ECTC colleagues at the registration desk.
